She doesn't want to sail anymore..

#274 Seasickness..... It really messes with your head but fingers crossed we can resolve it and get back to the glory days of not feeling ill on sail. It certainly doesn't worry Lenny.
Sometimes you just gotta go for it, change it up, break some plans. Sometimes to keep it spontaneous, and sometimes just because the gods will strike us down if we leave a little later.
We're taking off for the next island in the Azores chain Sao Jorge, and we struggle in the shadow of Pico, the massive monolith in the middle of the Atlantic which is sending the winds crazy. Some experimental night sailing manoeuvres should see us through 🤞
Plus we tell you why we can eat a delicious fish where we are while you probably should eat it where you are. For the right reasons. If that made sense...

  • You can't sail AROUND the world, it's not a ball. You can sail in a circle around the land masses. My research has lead me to believe we are on a plane or in a realm. Not a ball in space, floating and spinning and flying around in four different directions. Let us know when you're sailing upside down or side ways, ha ha ha ha!

    GreatAirship MusicGreatAirship Music3 måneder siden
    • @The Shadow Thanks for the response. The insulting nature of the ball people is very telling. Folks don't want to understand we collectively live in a cartoon. It's not that big of a deal. People take this shit so seriously but, they DO NO REASERCH. It's just a riot! And I have fun with the ballers. Watching their eyes and veins bulge out of there heads and necks with anger over how stupid I am. HA HA HA HA, please.

      GreatAirship MusicGreatAirship Music14 dager siden
    • @ Great Airship Music, You might as well forget it, none of these people insulting you have even questioned their flawed 16th century model. They all have used the usual, the dunning kruger, dont have kids, I was expecting the usual my cat would have rolled everything off the edge by now, etc. Believe me none of these people, especially Geoff the Jerkoff have never even considered they have been lied to and brainwashed. You can say hey I don't know what it is but it is not your 15th century Masonic lie and they will always claim they know this and that, but the reality is they can't prove any of it. Water always finds level, and no one can say trillions of tons of curved water are being held down yet You and I and everyone else can somehow resist all this huge force. I love these guys but if they have Greta with them that probably tells you all you need to know. She has no idea what is even going on but sure climate change, one world order is great, wear your mask, get your poison vaccine. No one will be laughing in the end when all their lies come crumbling down, it's called science fiction for a reason. The only thing they sent to space were peoples imaginations. This is revelation 9-21 to a tee and most people are brainwashed to believe the deceptions.

Of course it is banned for US Americans as are effective Corvid medicines. OTC in the Dutch side of St. Martin and other countries throughout the world. I'm sure pregnancy is the trigger. • Elayna, hopefully you have solved your seasickness situation, but if not - I found that if I took one Bonine in the morning, kept ginger chews on hand to suck on when I started to feel queasy (sucking on them like a lozenge works better than chewing, imo, gives your mind something else to focus on and makes them last longer), and the big one - stayed on deck and KEPT MOVING when the swells are big - I totally kept my sea sickness at bay. When you don't feel well, you have a tendency to want to sit down and rest, but I found that if I kept my body moving along with the boat moving, my mind and body were less conflicted than when I was still and the boat was moving. Good luck and feel better!!

  • Hey Elayna, i worked on ships for years and always suffered, did the same as you have and tried a bunch of different pills and none of them worked they just made me want to sleep. Until i got put onto a chemist just up the road in caringbah sydney. The Pharmacist came up with a sea sick pill for ET (from ET's fishing show on chanel 10) who struggled to shoot enough content for the show because of the amount he would be throwing up over the side. word is that he doesnt suffer at all anymore. I tried them and for the first time ever i feel 100% when its rough and i used to get pretty crook even when it was calm. I know you have probably heard a heap of comments with different things but do you self a favour and order these. as far as i know this chemist is the only place that makes them. It is Cincotta Discount chemist in caringbah (sydney). shop 1/331 kingsway, caringbah NSW 2229. Call them on (02) 9525-0309 or call 1300SEASICK and ask for ET's sea sick tablets. They are more expensive than the rest but its worth every cent not to be crook!!!

This was discovered well before dispensaries and legalization... now it’s so easy - I would imagine now a gummy would be easy and no smoke.. or homemade infused brownies would serve the purpose... edibles are great for menopause also.

They are basically bracelets you put on each wrist half an hour BEFORE you sail - they have a tiny half ball on it which you place on your wrist on a specific spot (read instructions for this) and it acts like a tricker point/pressure point :D I can really recommend this - please look into this and see if you are able to find some - otherwise I will love to find some here in Denmark and ship them to you

The 1st mate was in her 60s and every time we started a passage, she put seasick patches behind her ear for the first day or two of passage. After that she was fine. Every time. Not sure if that's an option for you or not, but some people just get sick on the first day or two and then they're fine. Good luck! I'm interested in learning more about this VR stuff. #LivingLargebyLivingLittle

I used to get really travel sick, on a bus, planes, trains and boats, and nothing would help. Then I discovered ginger tablets, and they've really done the trick for me. Now I can travel anywhere in any form of transportation without getting nausea or getting sick. I know that not all countries have these, like Spain for example, they didn't have it at either the pharmacy or the health food and supplements stores there, but maybe you can find it somewhere else, since you guys are all over the place. I hope this will work for you too! :) Here's a link to one example. :) Cheers from Norway! :)

  • Listen to the universe. Listen to your body. It is time to give it up. You guys can always hit the seas again in 15 or 20 years and have another go. It was never going to be forever anyway, nothing is. Lenny deserves a better life than being stuck on a boat his whole life, or at some port where you all don't really know anyone. It was a romantic life for a while, but it is time to go a different route. You can transition your youtube stuff, your core audience will still be with you. You can't be afraid of what you will lose, just think about all there is to gain. You look tired and I can tell from years of watching you all that yall are underfed and malnourished in certain key vitamins, minerals, and fats as well as overworked, sailing is very grueling and the lack of support system gets very lonely over time, it happens to even the best salty dogs. That is also probably why you are getting so sick these days. Your nerves are closely related to the amount of animal fat you eat. A mainly vegetarian/pescatarian diet always leads to problems with energy, auto immune issues, nervousness, and general mental stress. I love you guys, don't take my comments the wrong way, but something came over me to send this message and I hope it finds you well.
